Will my WideSearch shopping experience change as a result of Brexit?
We would like to assure you that Brexit won’t affect your shopping experience at WideSearch. Will orders continue to be shipped to all destinations within the EU?
Yes, there will be no change. Please see our Delivery FAQ for details of all the destinations we ship to.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Most items shown are in stock. When you click a product, you can immediately see its size availability. If a size is greyed out in the rollover or marked as sold out in the drop-down on the product page, this means the item is out of stock in that size. Items that are not yet in stock may be marked Coming Soon: add these items to your wishlist and you will receive an email when they land. Alternatively, you can inform us of your interest by contacting Customer Care through our email address email@example.com. Please note that even if a product is in your shopping bag, it isn’t reserved, and will be available to other customers while you are browsing.
What payment methods does WideSearch accept?
We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AliPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and WePay. For customers in France, we accept Cartes Bancaires (Euros only). For customers in Australia, we accept Afterpay. We also accept Paypal and Alipay (GBP only). Alipay: To use, please ensure your order is in GBP currency. Select Alipay as your payment method at checkout and you will be transferred to the Alipay site or app automatically. If you have an existing Alipay account, log in using your credentials to confirm the payment. If you do not have an Alipay account, you can create one and proceed with the payment. Refunds from returns will be booked onto the registered Alipay account. Afterpay: With Installments by Afterpay, you can shop today and pay in four equal payments every 2 weeks, interest-free. Head to the checkout as normal, then choose ‘Afterpay’ as your payment method. You’ll only be able to use Afterpay if you have an Australian billing and shipping address. Select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout and you will be transferred to the Afterpay site or app automatically. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details. If you’re a returning customer, log in to proceed. Your first payment will be around 2 weeks after the date you placed your order. You must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify. Afterpay is an independent payment company, and WideSearch has no influence over whether your payment will be accepted. If you have any questions, please contact Afterpay.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at WideSearch?
We work hard to ensure your purchase is safe and secure. For your protection, all orders go through a rigorous fraud-checking process.
How will I know if you have received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order: only after your credit card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items located will your order be accepted and the items shipped. At this point, you will receive a second email from us confirming your order. If any of the items you have ordered are unavailable from our warehouse, we will try our best to locate them from our WideSearch partnered warehouse. If this is not possible you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock pieces and your payment for the items will not be processed.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday. With our standard delivery (FREE Shipping) the delivery time can take from 5 to 21 days. Our Express delivery is aspected to take from 2 to 5 days.
Are shipping prices set to increase outside of the UK?
No, there will be no change.
Will customers have to pay additional VAT charges when returning orders placed prior to Brexit?

Will certain items be unavailable to the UK due to Brexit?

Is there a change to how I pay my tax and duties for orders being shipped to Korea?
Goods made in the EU will continue to be duty-free when shipped to Korea on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. To retain the EU FTA (Free Trade Agreement) benefit, all orders must be shipped on a DDP basis, and as such all prices shown on the website or app are now inclusive of all customs duties and taxes where applicable (orders below $150 are tax and duty-free and all EU products remain duty-free regardless of value). You no longer need to opt in to prepay your duties and taxes at checkout.
What are you doing to ensure safety?
We are adhering to all appropriate health and hygiene standards in line with guidance from the World Health Organisation. We are maintaining the highest standards of hygiene at all of our physical locations and ensuring our people only report for work if they are fit and healthy.
What about the safety of your drivers?
Our delivery partners continue to monitor the health of their drivers closely; vehicles are disinfected daily and drivers are washing their hands and using hand sanitiser regularly.
How do I return products if I can’t visit the post office/a parcel drop-off location due to movement restrictions?
We might organise pick-ups directly from your home, so there is no need to go to a post office or other drop-off location. Please note, that this will depend on circumstances.
Are you operating a normal delivery service?
Yes – we are delivering as normal.
If my order is delayed does that affect my returns period?
No, you have 28 days from receipt of your order to request a return, and a further 14 days following your return request to return the items to us. If, for any reason, you cannot make your return request or arrange collection in this time please contact our customer care team so we can assist you, email us at email@example.com.
Can deliveries be contact free?
Yes contact-free delivery continues to be available to request from your courier upon delivery.
How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase is easy. Wherever you see a product you can shop it: simply select your size and click ‘Add to Bag’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping bag on the top right of the screen; as you continue to shop or browse the site you can hover over or click on the bag to see its contents in the ‘mini bag’ at any time. When you’re ready to place your order, select Proceed to Checkout from the mini bag and follow the straightforward prompts to complete our one-step checkout process.
